Winner traveller breakfast

While travelling, we all face the breakfast dilemma: 
should we eat out, or should we buy some stuff and eat in so we save some money?
It's very easy to do what I and many other travellers were doing. 
Pay attention:

 Some seeds.

 Some oats.

 Lots of dark chocolate and some oat/soy milk.

And enjoy your complete and delicious muesli breakfast.

Basil

Simple, cheap, mosquito repellent and very handy at the kitchen.
The key point is not to leave them under direct sunlight, but in a bright place and to water them daily.

Pad Thai



Pad Thai with thick rice noodles (10mm). Contains a variety of veggies, fried tofu, eggs and Pad Thai sauce.

Masala curry

In the process...

Orange lentil masala curry with eggplant, carrots, green pepper and onion.

"Arroz al horno"

Summer version of "Arroz al horno" (rice made in the oven).

And while the rice was being cooked, I put some tomatoes with rosemary in a bowl in the oven. Amazing!


Summer snack

Snack @ home:
Mushroom bread (from Reykjavik bakery shop)
Tomatoes (from a Km0 shop)
Basil (grown at home)
Cured goat cheese (from the Pyrenees)
