Gabandé: May it be because I first entered to the kitchen very young, or may it be because I have always been vegetarian, but the truth is that I obtain a great deal of my pleasant feelings from the food. Having travelled for a long time, some of the dishes have exotic touches, but most of them are very much attached to the local ingredients of the Mediterranean sea. From the shopping at the market, to the purchase of good tools, I enjoy the creation of all kind of dishes.
