Carrot day

Spinach and carrot salad.

New favourite: onion, carrot and spinach green curry.

Carrot cake (with eggs, without dairy products). Amazing thing!
Two cups of flour, half of sugar, 1 orange's juice, scratch of 1 orange's peel, 5 medium size carrots, 1/2 cup of oat milk, 2 eggs, 2 olive oil tablespoons, 1 packet of baking powder and pumpkin seeds for decorating.
Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes at 150-160ºC.

Green rice

Green rice with artichoke, okra, green peas and tahini.
I added some chilli powder since I like spicy food.
By the way, it was so god I almost ate 3 portions!

Today's specialty: Thai Green Curry

One of my specialities: Thai green curry. Only edible for those who stand very spicy food. I ate it crying and blowing my nose every 5 seconds, but it was very much worth it!
